The management and protection of the personal data of the L 'Artigiano visitor / user is subject to the terms of this section as well as to the relevant provisions of the Greek Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals from the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, P.D. 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of the Greek Law 2819/2000) and the European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC ). Personal Data: Every visitor can browse through L 'Artigiano's online store without providing any personal information. We will need personal information (your name, email address, contact phone number, and your address) only when you proceed with ordering products.

Invoice data

In case you request for an invoice we need the company name, T.R.N. and its headquarters address.

Session Variables

Session variables are only used to recognize that you are entering the site and securely ordering a product or service. The session variables related to personal data are automatically deleted after 30 minutes from the time you stop browsing through the L 'Artigiano's online store. Anonymous session variables are kept on the selected products or services you have placed in the online shopping cart of L'Artigiano

The personal data you declare at L 'Artigiano's online store are exclusively used by it. Data on the archive shall be communicated to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities upon their legitimate request and in accordance with any applicable provisions of the law. The Customer has, within the scope of the Telecommunications Privacy Act, the right to information and objection provided for in Articles 11 to 13 of the Greek Law 2472/1997.
